A hybrid quintet blending the acoustics of breath, electronic/electroacoustic sounds and synthesizers. Designed to recreate dreamlike and intimate impressions, the music of Franges is meditative and intuitive, narrative and generous. Acoustic sounds are sometimes distorted, reproduced, transformed, increasing the perspectives and sound planes. The compositions blend writing processes by superimposing calm atmospheres with complex colors onto catchy rhythms and long, winding or lyrical melodies. They leave room for soaring passages. COMPAGNIE HAOMA is supported by DRAC Île-de-France for the 2026-2027 period.
