Dance, puppets and circus arts. Mizu, which means 'water' in Japanese, is a poetic and unique creation designed by choreographer Satchie Noro and director Élise Vigneron. On a water surface, a dancer, an ice-skating figure and their puppeteer form a fascinating trio, blending dance, circus arts and puppetry. Between appearance and disappearance, this landscape piece celebrates the fragility of life, the metamorphosis of matter and the beauty of the ephemeral. Mizu, carried by a floating set design and an immersive visual universe, invites the audience to a sensitive, contemplative and immersive experience at the heart of water, an essential element of life. Show presented by the city of Saclay, in partnership with the city of Orsay.
